Return Window
You have 14 days from receiving your order to start a return. Just email us at customerservice@gadget-palace.store, and we’ll send you the return form along with instructions.

Return Conditions
Please ensure your items are unused and in their original packaging. You’re responsible for return shipping costs, but we don’t charge any restocking fees—returning your gadgets should be as easy as buying them!

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within up to 10 days. We’ll send you an email once the refund has been issued back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Want to swap your gadget for another model? No problem! Just reach out to us at customerservice@gadget-palace.store to start an exchange, and we’ll help you get the tech you really want.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your item arrives damaged or if it’s the wrong item, please email customerservice@gadget-palace.store. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund to make it right.

Order Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel your order before it ships, email us at customerservice@gadget-palace.store and we’ll handle it for you. If it’s already shipped, we’ll gladly help with a return once it arrives.
